We accept Medicare A & B only. Medicare Deductible and Co-pay will be based on your coverage in our office. Consultations and New Patient appointments are not covered by Medicare and payment required at time of service.
Although we do not accept insurance, we can provide you a coded receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your coverage. Payment required at time of services.
